SC Pile - Pile business(Products)Inquiry
These are concrete piles which combine the concrete with a steel pipe. Since the pile foundation became longer and larger in diameter, the required performance for the pile has been high level.

Hi-SC105
- Major features
-
Hi-SC105 is a concrete pile with a shell steel pipe with a concrete compressive strength of 105 N / mm2. Due to the longer length and the larger diameter of the foundation pile, the required performance for the pile is higher. Furthermore, due to the advent of the high bearing capacity piling method, attention is being paid to cost reduction by reducing the diameter of the foundation pile and reducing the environmental burden by decreasing waste generated.
Our company's 105 N / mm2 series concrete pile is a product with enhanced compression performance; we developed these piles to satisfy these perfromance requirements. Because of this, our employment of the high bearing capacity pile construction method is optimized, and a wide range of designs that fully demonstrate the merits of each construction method will be possible.

Comparison of flexural strength
The flexural strength of Hi-SC105 (standard type) and Hi-SC (standard type) will be as shown on the right figure. (For representation, values for 800mm pile diameters, 6 mm steel pipe thickness, and 1 mm corrosion allowance are shown.)
Hi-SC105 and Hi-SC have the same reinforcement strength for steel rods, so the yield strength at full tension is the same, but as the axial force increases, the ratio of the burden of concrete increases, so the greater the axial force applied to the pile, the greater the benefits demonstrated by Hi-SC105 will be.
Hi-SC123
- Major features
-
These are concrete piles with shell steel pipes which improve upon the strength of the Hi-SC105 series. They have a concrete compressive strength of Fc = 123 N / mm2 and a steel pipe reference strength of F = 325 N / mm2.
Our employment of the high bearing capacity pile construction method is optimized, and a wide range of designs that fully demonstrate the merits of each construction method will be possible.
