PHC105
- Major features
-
These are ultra high-strength PHC piles using specified concrete strength Fc = 105 N / mm2. These products are optimal for the high bearing capacity pile construction method, and a wide range of designs will be possible.
For the thickness of the pile, we have a lineup consisting of a standard type, a thick type, and a special thick type.

Compressive strength 105.0 N / mm2 Tensile strength 5.5 N / mm2 Bending tensile strength 7.0 N / mm2 Young’s modulus 40,000 N / mm2
- 1-2 PC Steel Rod
-
Standards SBPDL1275/1420 Young’s modulus 200,000 N / mm2
Features
- ●Uses ultra high strength concrete(Fc=105 N / mm2) and supports high bearing capacity
- ●Low cost designs can be offered with high allowable compressive stress.

Comparison of flexural strength
The flexural strength of MS-hi105 (standard type) and MS-hi will be as shown on the right figure. (For representation, values for 1000mm pile diameters are shown.)
The MS-hi105 and the MS-hi have the same reinforcement strength for PC steel rods, so the yield strength at full tension is the same, but as the axial force increases, the ratio of the burden of concrete increases, so the greater the axial force applied to the pile, the greater the yield strength of MS-hi105 will be.
PHC123
- Major features
-
These are ultra high-strength PHC piles using specified concrete strength Fc = 123 N / mm2. These products are optimal for the high bearing capacity pile construction method, and a wide range of designs will be possible.
For the thickness of the pile, we have a lineup consisting of a standard type, a thick type, and a special thick type.

Comparison of flexural strength
The flexural strength of MS-hi105 (standard type) and MS-hi123 (standard type) will be as shown on the right figure. (For representation, values for 1000mm A-type standard form pile diameters are shown.)
The MS-hi105 and the MS-hi123 have the same reinforcement strength for steel rods, so the yield strength at full tension is the same, but as the axial force increases, the ratio of the burden of concrete increases, so the greater the axial force applied to the pile, the greater the benefits demonstrated by the MS-hi123 will be.
BF.S
- Major features
-
These are piles with a thick head type used for tip piles in the high bearing capacity method.
In this series, we can select from compression performances of 105, 123 N / mm2, and it is possibel to design a wide range according to the required bearing capacity.

Comparison of flexural strength
The flexural strength of BF.S pile will be as shown on the right figure. (For representation, values for 700 - 6075 are shown.)
Each have the same reinforcement strength, so the yield strength at full tension is the same, but as the axial force increases, the ratio of the burden of concrete increases, so the greater the axial force applied to the pile, the stronger the compressive stength of the pile, the greater the yield strength of the pile.
